Sisterhood is the name of our women's ministry. Our purpose is to empower women from different backgrounds and seasons of life to reach their full potential in Christ, while revealing the light of Heaven in their homes, communities and the world!
EVENTS
Each year we have four seasonal events for women of all ages: Winter, Sparkle, Fall, and Christmas.
WINTER/FALL — From afternoon tea to soup for the soul, winter and fall events provide a spiritual and social emphasis as we gather to worship and fellowship with one another. Each event includes a specific word from special guest speakers.
SPARKLE — This is our largest event of the year and we love it! This annual conference gathers women from across the community in one place to lift up each other and to worship the name of the Lord. Special gifts and activities make this event unique.
CHRISTMAS BRUNCH — What's Christmastime without a seasonal brunch with your girlfriends? This Christmas-themed party glorifies God and celebrates the season with friends and prayer.
LEADERSHIP
Dawn Waage leads a team of multi-generational women who plan and implement the yearly events. This is a team of women who not only love the Lord, but they also have a love for the women they serve. The current team consists of the following: Becky Krist, Stefanie Giambanco, Lynn Pezillo, Julie Householder, Karla Leone, Christine Guido, and Jeanette Pollacia.
