Mental Health

Resources for supporting students through anxiety, stress, and pressure.

Pastor Russell’s Note

It is okay to ask for help.

Every student faces challenges, and mental health struggles are not a sign of weakness or failure. Our prayer is that every student would know they are deeply loved by God, supported by their family, and never have to walk through difficult seasons alone.

The resources below are meant to help parents start meaningful conversations, recognize when extra support may be needed, and care for their students with wisdom, patience, and hope.

Practical Support

Ways to support your student.

Listen First

Sometimes students do not need immediate solutions. They need someone willing to listen without judgment.

Pray Together

Remind your student that God      invites us to bring every fear,      burden, and worry to Him.
"Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you."
1 Peter 5:7 (NLT)

Ask for Help Early

If you are concerned about your student’s mental or emotional health, do not wait. Reach out to trusted family members, church leaders, counselors, or medical professionals.

Remember this.

Mental health is important, but it is not your student’s identity. Our hope is ultimately found in Jesus, who walks with us through every season and offers peace, hope, and healing.
